The service
MakeFlow turns paid personalized orders into production packets, customer proofs and releasable batches. It is a production aid, not a system of record, and it does not replace your Shopify store or your options app.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the templates you configure and for reviewing proofs before release. MakeFlow shows missing or unmapped values rather than hiding them, but the final check before cutting, engraving, printing or stitching is yours.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Usage over your plan's line limit is billed at the published rate or upgrades your plan, as described at checkout.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Export and print outputs are provided so you can keep working if the desk is unreachable.
