MakeFlow

Made-to-order work, held until it is ready.

Made-to-order items should not reach the bench with a missing measurement or an unapproved change. MakeFlow holds each job until its required fields are present and its proof is settled, then releases it into the right batch.

Three steps from paid order to released batch.

Made-to-order items should not reach the bench with a missing measurement or an unapproved change. MakeFlow holds each job until its required fields are present and its proof is settled, then releases it into the right batch.

MakeFlow reads the line-item properties your store already captures and maps them through a template into a single work packet. Any property the template does not recognise is kept verbatim, so nothing a customer typed is ever dropped.

Jobs that need approval go to a calm, branded proof page. The customer approves or asks for a change, and every version is kept with a timestamp. Approved jobs then group by material, method and colour, so the shop floor runs setups instead of order numbers.

Common questions

What counts as ready?

Every required field has a value and any needed proof is approved. Jobs that fail are flagged with the exact gap.

Can some jobs skip proof?

Yes. Proofs are per template and can be waived per job.

Does it track lead time?

Due dates sort the queue and appear on the packet; parallel scheduling tools are out of scope.
