Embroidery jobs, batched by thread and placement.
Logo, thread colour and left-or-right placement are easy to capture and easy to misread. MakeFlow turns each decorated garment order into a packet that states them once, proves the design with the buyer, and batches approved work by thread colour and hoop.
- Thread colour and placement stated once
- Design proof before stitching
- Batches by thread and hoop
- Quantity and garment per packet
Three steps from paid order to released batch.
Logo, thread colour and left-or-right placement are easy to capture and easy to misread. MakeFlow turns each decorated garment order into a packet that states them once, proves the design with the buyer, and batches approved work by thread colour and hoop.
MakeFlow reads the line-item properties your store already captures and maps them through a template into a single work packet. Any property the template does not recognise is kept verbatim, so nothing a customer typed is ever dropped.
Jobs that need approval go to a calm, branded proof page. The customer approves or asks for a change, and every version is kept with a timestamp. Approved jobs then group by material, method and colour, so the shop floor runs setups instead of order numbers.

Common questions
Can a proof show the logo file?
Yes. Image and PDF links captured as properties are shown on the proof page for the customer to confirm.
Does it handle multi-piece orders?
A line of twelve polos is one packet with a quantity of twelve, so the batch count reflects pieces and the setup once.
What about left and right chest?
Placement is its own field. If it is missing, the packet flags it instead of letting the machine operator guess.
