MakeFlow reads the line-item properties your store already captures and maps them through a template into a single work packet. Any property the template does not recognise is kept verbatim, so nothing a customer typed is ever dropped.
Jobs that need approval go to a calm, branded proof page. The customer approves or asks for a change, and every version is kept with a timestamp. Approved jobs then group by material, method and colour, so the shop floor runs setups instead of order numbers.

Common questions
Can it handle a name list on one award?
Yes. Any property is kept verbatim, so a list of names stays one packet with the exact line breaks the customer submitted.
What groups together?
Jobs with the same material and finish keys batch together. You choose the keys in Settings; the defaults are material and finish.
Does it need my laser software?
No. MakeFlow prints or exports the packet; your laser software still receives the file the way it does today.
