MakeFlow

Custom apparel, batched by decoration.

Embroidery, DTF and screen print in one store means three different setups hiding in one order list. MakeFlow reads the decoration method from the line, proves the design, and batches approved work by method, colour and size.

Three steps from paid order to released batch.

Embroidery, DTF and screen print in one store means three different setups hiding in one order list. MakeFlow reads the decoration method from the line, proves the design, and batches approved work by method, colour and size.

MakeFlow reads the line-item properties your store already captures and maps them through a template into a single work packet. Any property the template does not recognise is kept verbatim, so nothing a customer typed is ever dropped.

Jobs that need approval go to a calm, branded proof page. The customer approves or asks for a change, and every version is kept with a timestamp. Approved jobs then group by material, method and colour, so the shop floor runs setups instead of order numbers.

Common questions

Does it choose the decoration method?

It batches by whichever method key the line carries; if none is captured, the default applies and you can override it per job.

Can I batch by size?

Size is available as a batching key in Settings, so a run can be grouped by garment size as well as colour.

Does it support print-on-demand?

Yes — a POD line is treated like any other personalized line once properties are present.
